The FinOps Certified Practitioner course offers participants in a wide variety of cloud, finance, and technology roles the opportunity to validate their FinOps knowledge and enhance their professional credibility. The FinOps Certified Practitioner course covers the fundamentals of FinOps, including all components of the FinOps Framework. This course helps you understand what it means to be a FinOps Practitioner and how this role fits into a broader organization. During this course, you will develop an understanding of FinOps, its associated practice areas, and how it is applied to increase the business value of cloud operations.

FinOps Fundamentals training

A basic training that introduces participants to the capabilities around FinOps and how they can be used in operations in an approachable way. This creates a common language, awareness and accountability that allows everyone to participate in FinOps.

When there are no clear frameworks around the various services, it is easy to lose track. Our Profile Power workshop can help you with this. During this workshop, several personas will be created with specific activities, rights, and roles that are important. This input forms the basis on which license/subscription, capacity, or cloud resource can be made available to this persona. This can even go so far as to add an Access Review, which can look at whether the persons – linked to this persona – are still entitled to the access they currently have.
